This is my gift to you! My workshop helps with abundance and manifestation, charging your energetic battery so that you become a magnet, attracting positive change and assistance from your Highest Power. Regular practice is key!

let us begin!

1. Breathe, sigh, and (fake) yawn through all these exercises as it assists with relaxation and building the energy of like. If your mind is busy and overwhelmed, click here to watch a quick mindfulness video.
2. Connect with your Guides by looking at Nature, as they are always comforting, connecting and soothing us in our favourite outdoor moments. Feeling calm and joyful at sunrise? That’s your Guide! It could even be: Enjoying the breeze, sunset, the moon, clouds, mountains, the sun shining through leaves, smelling plants, looking at water, the rain, and more. Breathe mindfully and look around you to store these lovely feelings in your upper chest.
3. Create the energy of ‘I like’ by tapping into pleasant moments from everyday life by using your senses (your eyes, nose, touch, taste, feelings and more). I like my cup of tea, I like cuddling my pet, I like the softness of my blanket, and I like the blue of the sky. Experiment, breathe, explore and store all these lovely feelings of ‘I like’ in your upper chest.
You are charging your personal battery with positive energy to give more power to this manifestation ritual!
4. Use colour to feel your Higher Power connecting with you. Any favourite colour that makes your heart warm is the right colour! Embrace your senses to feel this glowing colour flowing and sparkling around or through you.

5. Setting your intention: Before setting the following intention, feel the energy of all these things that you like in your upper chest, and allow them to energize your words as they leave your mouth. Now say:

I welcome compatibility, resonance, and wholesomeness into my life right now. With situations, people, and my relationship with myself. Even if I’m fearful, I call on my Highest Guidance to help me say yes to my well-being, to life, and to people who love me better than I love myself. May I receive double what I think I am worth and be open to receiving. Please bring me comfort, kindness, and be gentle. I hand this over to my Highest Power. (Repeat 3 times ->) I hand it over to you.

6. Let us charge your personal battery one more time!
. Breathe, sigh and yawn through these steps once more.
.Connect with your Guides through nature.
.Create the energy of ‘I like’ by observing things that you like.
.Use colour to feel your Higher Power connecting with you.
.Recall these memories and feelings until you feel nice. Until you feel the energy of things you like tingling, sparkling, bubbling through you, indicating a fully charged energetic battery!

7. The Affirmation: Please only change the name and colour to match your connection with your Highest Power, or it won’t protect spiritually you as intended.

I allow My Highest Power to step back in time, on all sides of time, in all universes, alternative dimensions, and realities, to heal and protect aspects of me that are ready for change. Please surround my past, present, and future with your Beautiful Colours so that I can experience protection and healthy change. I give you permission to help me and to bring me ease. For the health of my soul and for my highest good.’

Some information about why I designed this workshop and what motivated me. I explain the steps to make it easier to understand so that you can find your flow a lot easier. With practise, this workshop takes only 5 mins. It becomes like breathing and makes it easier for our Higher Guidance to assist us.

I explain 2 mindfulness techniques that help soothe the mind. It’s calming, simple and easy. It’s just tricking the body into releasing so that you can breathe normally. Breathing helps us access the higher realms. The first technique helps empty a busy racing mind. The second technique helps the mind quieten down and reduces the feeling of being overwhelmed or overstimulated.

How to be in the energetic realm safely. If you want to send love, be careful that you don’t use your own energy, which will probably have you feeling burnt out if done too often. Connect with your Higher Beings and ask them to send the loving energy for you. Be safe out there! The workshop above teaches us how to be safe in these realms.
This workshop helps us replicate the energy of like into everyday things, like your dating profile or work or upcoming holiday. For example: Copy the love you feel for your dog and paste it into your friendship circle. Arrive with that warmth and love, you’ll see the way they relate with you, adjust, and change.
Did you know that your Higher Guidance connects with us through nature? This video explains how we can connect and how this connection can help us in everyday life. This is one of the steps in the workshop above. When we’re connected, it has a calming effect. This is nice for every day, and very helpful when doing the workshop.
I’ve noticed that some grounding techniques don’t seem to work, and I’m not the only one! I often find myself guiding my clients through techniques that they relate to. Grounding correctly helps you to sink into your body. For some it’ll make you feel heavier, your mind a little empty, and your breathing will naturally slow. Very calming, connected, and back inside yourself. As in, not floating away all ungrounded.
