I channelled this 7 step manifestation and spiritual protection workshop in 2015, and it is my gift to you. It’s designed to recharge your ‘batteries’, to assist with mindfulness and improve the quality of day-to-day life. I experience it as gentle, honest, and grounding. It helps me feel steadier, uplifted and closer to Source. I love sharing it, and it brings me great joy to know that it helps others too \ud83c\udf3b\u2728<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I observed that it helps me notice the small sparkles of light in everyday life, the tiny good things, and the quiet wins. It charges your energetic battery so that you become a magnet, attracting positive change and assistance from your Highest Power. <\/mark>Over time, your brain naturally starts leaning toward hope, possibility, and trust. 1. <\/em><\/mark>Lets take a moment to unwind<\/mark><\/em> – <\/em>breathe, sigh, and yawn through all<\/em> these exercises as it assists with relaxation and building the energy of like. 2. <\/mark>Connect with your Guides<\/mark><\/em> by looking at nature, as they are always comforting, connecting and soothing us in our favourite outdoor moments. Feeling calm at sunrise? That\u2019s your Guide! It could even be: Enjoying the breeze, sunset, the moon, clouds, mountains, the sun shining through leaves, smelling nature, tasting water, the rain, and more. Breathe mindfully and look around you to store these lovely feelings in your upper chest, between your heart and your throat.<\/mark> Connecting with your Guides is a full-body experience that includes all of your senses; lean into it. <\/mark>

3. <\/mark>Create the energy of \u2018I like\u2019<\/mark><\/em>  by tapping into pleasant moments from everyday life by using your senses (your eyes, nose, touch, taste, feelings and more). As you discover these moments, say, ‘I like’ and follow up by describing what you like around you – ‘I like my cup of tea, I like cuddling my pet, I like the softness of my blanket, I like my practical pants, I like my comfy chair, and I like the blue of the sky.’ <\/mark>
Experiment, breathe, explore and store all these lovely feelings of \u2018I like\u2019 in your upper chest, between your heart and your throat<\/mark>. You are charging your personal battery with sunshine energy to give more power to this manifestation experience!<\/mark>

4. <\/mark>Use colour to feel your Higher Power connecting with you<\/mark><\/em>.<\/em> Any favourite colour that makes your heart warm is the right colour! Embrace your senses and imagination to see, remember, or feel this glowing colour flowing and sparkling around or through you<\/mark> – store all these lovely feelings<\/mark> in your upper chest<\/mark>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Setting your intention:<\/mark> Allow these stored feelings to be felt once more and allow them to energize your words, now say:

‘I welcome compatibility, resonance, and wholesomeness into my life right now. With situations, people, and my relationship with myself<\/em>. Even if I’m fearful, I call on my Highest Guidance to help me say yes to my well-being, to life, and to people who love me better than I love myself. <\/em><\/mark><\/strong>
May I receive double what I think I am worth and be open to receiving. Please bring me comfort, kindness, and be gentle. I hand this over to my Highest Power, I hand it over to you<\/em><\/mark><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

6. <\/mark>Recharge your personal battery one more time!<\/mark><\/em>
. Breathe, sigh and yawn through these steps once more.
.Connect with your Guides through nature.
.Create the energy of ‘I like’ by observing things that you like.
.Remember your favourite colour(s) to feel your Higher Power connecting with you.
.Recall these memories and feelings and store it in your upper chest until you feel nice. Until you feel the energy of things you like tingling, sparkling, bubbling through you, indicating a fully charged energetic battery!<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. The Affirmation<\/mark><\/strong>: Please only<\/strong> change the name and colour in green<\/mark> to match your connection with your Highest Power, or it won’t protect you spiritually as intended.

‘I allow <\/mark>My Highest Power<\/mark> to step back in time, on all sides of time, in all universes, alternative dimensions, and realities, to heal and protect aspects of me that are ready for change. Please surround my past, present, and future with your <\/mark>Beautiful Colours<\/mark> so that I can experience protection and healthy change. I give you permission to help me and to bring me ease. For the health of my soul and for my highest good.’ <\/mark><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
